Terms of Service for Flower Station & FS Landscape

  1. General Information Welcome to the online store of Flower Station & FS Landscape. By using our online store or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
  2. Orders and Payments Order Processing:
  • Orders are processed upon receipt of payment and confirmation of product availability. If you have any questions, please call 215-947-9100 or email bryan@theflowerstation.com.
  • We will notify you if any items are out of stock or unavailable and offer alternatives or a refund.

Payment Methods:

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment options.
  • Full payment is required before orders are shipped or delivered.

Pricing:

  • Prices are subject to change. The price at the time of your order will be the final price charged.
  • Additional fees, including delivery charges, will be disclosed at checkout or in a follow-up phone call.

Taxes and Fees:

  • Sales tax will be applied based on the shipping or delivery address.
  • Any additional fees (such as delivery fees) will be calculated and shown before completing your purchase. Our team may follow up with additional charges.
  1. Shipping and Delivery Shipping Information:
  • We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Estimated delivery times will be provided, but actual delivery may vary.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on product size, weight, and destination. These costs will be displayed before finalizing your order.

Delivery Issues:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. For issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
  1. Returns and Exchanges Return Policy:
  • Returns are accepted within the season in which the product(s) were purchased with a receipt. Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges for products of equal value can be arranged. Contact our customer service team to facilitate an exchange at 215-947-9100.

Exclusions:

  • Plant material.
  • Bulk material.
  1. Warranty Information Bulk Materials Delivery Warranty:
  • Guarantee: Bulk materials such as soil, mulch, and aggregates delivered by Flower Station & FS Landscape are guaranteed to meet ordered specifications.
  • Warranty Period: 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Conditions: Replacement or refund is available for incorrect quantity or quality issues reported within the warranty period.

Exclusions:

  • Natural variations in color or texture are not covered.
  • Warranty void if materials are not installed by Flower Station & FS Landscape staff.
  1. Plant Guarantee Guarantee: Flower Station & FS Landscape provides a guarantee on nursery-grown plants that are disease-free and accurately identified. If a purchased plant becomes ill or dies within six months of purchase and is returned with the original receipt, customers can receive 50% of its original purchase price as credit toward a replacement plant or product (ONE-TIME ONLY). This guarantee applies only if the plant has been planted and cared for according to Flower Station & FS Landscape guidelines.

Conditions:

  • For specific questions about your plant, please email bryan@theflowerstation.com and include a picture of your plant. Often, we can assist you through email correspondence.
  • To validate the guarantee, you must present the original sales receipt and either the plant itself or a photo of it.

Exclusions:

  • This guarantee applies exclusively to nursery stock sold at Flower Station & FS Landscape. It does not cover plants kept in containers, items discounted 25% or more, or specific categories such as perennials, annuals, roses, camellias, crape myrtles, tropicals, ground covers, sod, Southern Magnolias, and broadleaf evergreens planted between November 15 and March 15.
  • Excludes damage caused by human actions, animals, drought, flooding, over or under-watering, insects, disease, or unusual acts of nature.

  • Provide your order number and details of the issue.
  • Our team will guide you through the replacement or refund process.
  1. Limitation of Liability Flower Station & FS Landscape’s liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the purchased items as specified under the warranty. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
  2. General Terms
  • This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
  • Warranty coverage may vary depending on the specific terms provided at the time of purchase.
